If you need to sell things, and especially are under a deadline, I would not recommend this company, which is actually Todd and his partner, Steven. Have never heard from him since he stopped the auction on day 2, leaving me out to dry at the last minute, knowing I was under a deadline.
I discovered the auction link had been removed. I spread that auction link through my online social media friends. He provided me a link for the auction the following Monday. He had me sign a contract and never provided me with a copy despite my numerous requests, which is very unprofessional for someone in the RE business. Knowing I was under a time restraint, Todd promised to begin the auction preparation immediately.
I then spent much time on the phone discussing, along with emailing, and meeting Todd Larsen (who is actually a RE broker with Triumphant Properties) at the property so he could take his own photos of the items. had sold & I had a deadline to remove all the items.
